In Malaysia, every school, university and workplace.The parcel would be received by a clerk at one place and they are recorded manually handwritten in a logbook. Many of the parcels are not being arranged properly and they tend to be misplaced and messy. Hence, we introduced a parcel arrangement system where assigning a unique ID to a parcel and arranging it in numerical order makes it more easier to sort, retrieve and record incoming & outgoing parcels

The parcel arrangement is according to the unique ID's numerical order makes it more easier for the parcel handler to sort, retrieve and record incoming & outgoing parcels

The receiver doesn't need to check with the clerk all the time to see if their parcel has arrived or not, it can all be done online
